It was recommended to me by our doctor that my son start going to bed at 7pm when he was about 6 weeks old. At that time he was going to bed between 10:30pm and 11:30pm. It took a few days of tapering his bedtime down by an hour or so a day. Even when we got down to 7pm, he would still fuss and sometimes cry until 9pm. We stuck with it though and he caught on after about a week. Now he's 11 weeks old and gets fussy if he's not in bed by 7:30!
