Hi ladies,
In case any of you have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, I found a great tool on their website called Baby Yourself. Its a program that offers phone support with a registered nurse who you can talk to about anything that is going on with your pregnancy in between dr. visits. You are assigned 1 nurse who follows up with you and checks in to make sure everything is going ok. I was relieved to find such a great hotline that I could call besides feeling like i'm always bugging my Dr. office. Plus, they send you gifts and information to help you along. The best part is- it's free! Check with your health care provider to see if they offer a program like this!
