I find this interesting, and it feeds into many of my own suspicions. However, is it really viable that all the money and time spent on the H1N1 pandemic is to get money for the vaccine manufacturers? It seems a little too mired in conspiracy theory for me at times, while other issues raised in the article do make a lot of sense. I think that there is a lot to be said with feeding into mass hysteria - it sure sells into the type of fodder for mass media and "flu-fighting" tissues, masks, etc.

I haven't had the time to go through the article with a fine-toothed comb, so perhaps I am missing the other reasons why he's calling H1N1 a massive cover-up.

All I'm basing my opinion and choices on comes from researching what I can, taking everything with a grain of salt, and asking people who have babies who have had this strain of influenza for an account of their experience. And the only account I've been told of from a friend of mine ended up with her 7-month old on a ventilator in the PICU for 3 days. And that scares me. But it doesn't scare me enough to experiment with a new vaccine on my child.

My dd went to the Pediatrician last week and I asked him about the H1N1 shot. My dd is 13 mos., but he told me that while he does believe the shots are safe, as long as the baby/kid is healthy he would not go out of his way to get the shot. He told me that he gets his own children the seasonal flu shot every year, but would not be getting the H1N1 vaccine for them.
