hi every one
i am about 12 weeks pregnant and i just found out at 11 weeks lol. i have a 4 yr old son and a 11 yr old daughter. i am a high risk preg and have been to the er 2 times in the last week. so i am on meds and cant move.(well shouldnt move but like i said i have a 4 yr old lol). my best friend runs the va hospital in orlando and since my insurance has a 6 month waiting period for pregnancy and im only at 4 1/2 months i have been paying a fortune for my perscriptions. she gave me a website called www.myrxhelp.us and its a free for anyone perscription discount card (so if you need help thats the website to go to.
i am very worried and would like to chat to other moms or soon to be moms who are going though the same thing (high risk at such an early stage) i keep trying to be positive but some days the cramping and presssure are so bad that its hard to stay positive. i also would like advice about what to tell the kids about why im so sick and if i should or when i should tell them about the pregnancy. my husband is also trying his best to be helpful and stay positive but i think he is struggling with it to. he saw the ultra sound with me and the baby was moving and heartbeat was ok so i think it made it all to real for him to handle. any advice anyone? i was very sick with my 4yr old but nothing like this. the doctors said there was a tear in the sac and its bleeding a little bit but they never really explain what that means.they say it could go either way. i think all there trying to do is keep me positive and not worry me.
any advice would be great and if you need help or advice im also here. plus the website is also very helpful if ya need it...
good luck to all hopefully talk to you soon.

I don't know about advice but at least I can offer you some support and good thoughts! I don't have kids yet but maybe your daughter could handle the real explanation for why you're sick and she'd probably be glad to help take care of you and be in on your secret. I would sure have wanted to support my mom in these circumstances. I guess your 4-yr-old is a little young and, for him, you could just have "tummy problems" for a while.

I don't know anything about a torn sack but it sounds scary. Fingers crossed for you! I had cramping and a torn/bleeding placenta a few weeks ago and it was also IMPOSSIBLE to get the ER doctors to explain anything or tell me if it was dangerous or not, how seriously I needed to take the "lie still" orders... I guess it wasn't too serious because I'm still pregnant for now. I'm hoping for the best for you, too. Rest and take care.

I'll say a prayer for you. From what I remember learning when I was preggers, it IS one of those things that can work out ok. Just take care of yourself and focus on doing what's best for you and your baby. If you want, you can post or email me your name so I can put it on my prayer list. If not, that's ok, too.
