Ombeline, just a thought, not that it will help in this situation, but when my twins were small, I used to put my son in a baby bjorn, by daughter didn't like it, but by the time my son was about 16 lbs, it would kill my back and I couldn't carry him in front any more. I never attempted to carry them both in a carrier, but it seems like it would be very hard on your back. Good luck!

Thanks! I'd been thinking about trying something like that--one in a carrier, the other in a stroller or something--at least until they get too big. No matter how I end up moving them around, I have a feeling I'm going to need to build up some muscles...
