My son just turned 2, saturday he was not feeling well, no fever but threw up twice. Since than he has been waking up at 10,and 12 sleeping and than 3 or 4 and staying awake. On sunday he wake up at 4 and my husband wanted to bring him into our bed thinking he would go back to sleep, I didn't think it would work and it didn't. He stayed up played until 6:30 when he fell asleep. On Oct. 24th I took his pacifier away, he has only asked for it a couple of times, could this be the problem after 3 wks with out it? My husband think 's 3 is better, but it;s only because he doesn't whine with it. My husband and I are really at odds about issues, I want him to have consistancy and know that No means No. He lets him hits him until it hurts, than he gets mad at him. Could my son be feeling the tension and acting out, I have read about night terrors but what are they? and how do I deal with that. When it is just him and I alone I have no problems and he is fine. But it's now when we are at my mom's he act out. He can't wait to get there asking to go but hits and is rotten when we're there. My husband just wants the easy way out and can't deal with crying and whine where this does not bother me, it's just part of being a mom. Please help I only want what is best for my boy.
