My mom has that condition. She had trouble conceiving, but she has two kids.

Good luck!

I have endo and conceived naturally. My husband & I had been trying for baby #2 for about 7 months and when I was in so much pain every month I finally told my doc something was wrong. I had a laperoscopy and she removed a lot of the tissue that had built up. We tried again after that and I got pregnant right away. Pregnancy doesn't cure you of endo, but helps your symptoms. So far (8 months after my son) I don't have too much pain, but I can feel it coming back. Good luck to you and don't give up...it is possible!!

I dont have endo but I feel for you women. I had a lot of friends who suffered through similar situations. However, most of my friends were able to acheive pregnancy. My one friend downloaded an e-book from http://www.myinfertilityfriend.com and said that it helped her acheive pregnancy. I never used or read the book but it has great reviews. TTC can be very frustrating, hang in there.

Imasillyone- I conceived with both endometriosis and a very tilted uterus (My doctor said it was upside down!) Now, I was taking an injection in my stomach called menopur to know when I would ovulate. But, my dr said he was almost positive I'd have to have surgery to remove the endometrial tissue to conceive- WRONG!! I have a 3month old to prove it! Good luck and dont give up hope.

I have both endometriosis and a tilted uterus. I also have a translocated chromosome which increases risks of miscarriages. After 2 miscarriages, I finally had a little boy which I conceived naturally. So yes, it is possible to get pregnant while having endo and a tilted uterus. Just keep trying and don't stress about. Stress makes things worse.

I was in serious pain for two months before my GYN did exploratory surgery and found endo in the summer of 1999. I then found out both my Grandmother and aunt on my fathers side had endo. My gram had had it 4 times and has 4 children naturally. My aunt had had it 3 times and has 3 children naturally. I had Lupron (medically induced menopause) shots for a total of 2 years and then BC pills to keep from getting endo again. Then my husband and I had unprotected sex (didn't really discuss trying just seeing what might happen) for about a year. I had basically given up on the dream of having a child and therefore was not really thinking/stressing about it. Then I thought I had the flu and found out that in fact I was pregnant at 36yrs of age. My beautiful son was born July 5th, 2008 healthy and without complication (other than being approx. 1 week late and after 30 hours of labor). I am back on BC pills and have not had any flare ups to date. Yeah! So I say... "It can happen. Just "try" not to worry yourself too much about any of it!"
PS. My gram did tell me that because of her endo, sex was never enjoyable due to pain but after having her last child she had a complete hysterectomy and LOVED sex. (I know TMI from my gram but...) There is hope for Happy and Healthy days ahead no matter what!
