Hello my name is Deborah. I am 8 and a half months pregnant. This is my second child. I have a son who is 2 years old. His name is Arthur Jackson Diamond IV. He is named after his father. I am going to have a baby girl. The possible names I have chose for her are:

Bella Reese Diamond
Lillian Reese Diamond
Evelyn Reese Diamond

I like all these but I do not know what to name her. Her dad likes Lillian and he likes Evelyn so do I. I am suprised he even put input on her name. Which is good because it has taken me forever to get any input out of him. Well he has agreed with me on her middle name being Reese. I definetly want that as her middle name. I like Bella Reese Diamond because Bella Reese really seems to flow and go together really well. Everyone else likes it. I am just afraid that the first name Bella would be a very overused name and that she would not be the only one with that as a name. Also it has probaly started to pop up more beacuse of the movie Twilight. Well if anyone could give me some input that would be very kind. Thank you.

Bella Reese is adorable! If you would rather choose one your husband likes, I'd go with Lillian. Evelyn just reminds me of the girl on the Mummy.

Evelyn is gorgeous. Traditional names have really made a comeback, but Evelyn isn't as overused as Lillian. Bella is pretty, but if you really want Bella, perhaps name her something for which Bella is a nickname. To me, naming a daughter Bella instead of Isabel (Annabelle, Isobel, etc.) is like naming a son Dick instead of Richard. :/

I think Bella is becoming increasingly popular and you'll definitally have more than one Bella in a class. Personally, I think Evelyn Reese would be nice. You could always nickname her "Eve" if you want something a little shorter. Lillian is nice (Lil, or Lily for a nickname) but I think I hear that more often than Evelyn.

Congrats on the baby girl!!

I love Bella too, but agree that it is and will continue to be very popular w/ Twilight. I know it's defintely a personal choice, but I wouldn't name my child a "nickname"; I know that Bella can probably stand on its own, as can names like Kate and Jack, but if I wanted Bella, it would probably be Isabella, Annabelle (which I love), or Maribel.

That said, I'd vote for Evelyn, I think it's beautiful, and EVELYN REESE DIAMOND flows very nicely! And you could call her Evie or Eve.

Best of luck

I love all of them. Very cute

I do not find out for 6 weeks if it is a boy or girl but I love the name
Lola Beth... or Lola Grace.

My husband likes Willliam after his best friend
