i try to pre-make or make dinner all the way and then when time comes i just throw it in the oven, girll, etc. My 8 year old takes a 35 or 45 minute cat nap. but my 3 year old is up crying badly for daddy i don't know why he does this he knows he comes back at 6 or 7 P.M. i'm getting off subject. but i try to wash some dirty clothes i try to do the dishes i try to make house calls when my 3 of my 4 aren't awake i can't make house calls when my 5 year old is awake cause if she isn't in my sight then she cries for me. i also try to take a 1 1/2 hour nap so i'm tried taking care of 4 kids who need me but mostly my 5 1/2 month old needs me nmore caue she's teething. opps off subject again

yes. You are very lucky to have a 16 month old and have him active all day long. I try to tried them out when they come into mommy room at 6:30 or 7:00 A.M. I try to get them fed for brakefast and then dressed to go out side to play in the back yard and then the park at 11:00 or 11:15 A.M. then back home at 11:45 or 11:55 A.M. and we have lunch at the park and then back at home i need to change them into new clothes cause they love to roll round in the dirt if they need a bath they a quick shower and a hair washing. but no matter how hard i try to get them to fall at noon and have them wake up at 4 or 5 and i don't care if they fall asleep at mid-night and them wake up at 8 or 9 in the morning if i could i'll love a 2 or 3 or 4 hour nap. but do try to get a nap cause it's like you have no time to sit down only for 3 hours cause of byron if you could would you try to put in a nap cause you have no time to nap cause your on your feet all day until noon.

mommy of 4 kids You are very busy! I usually clean and chop my veggies for prepping dinner...it all adds up doesnt it?! I do my dishes in the morning because I have rested and besides, after cooking, inhaling food, picking sippy cups off the floor 20 times, playing, clean up, bath, brush teeth, I dont want to do the dishes.

Freckles i'm busy all day long i'll tell you my days routine the kids come into my room my 3 year old and 5 year old and 8 year old (my 8 year old tries to get my 5 1/2 month old out of her crib if he can) then i get on my robe and make brakefast if the kids are screaming to play out side i just get them dressed to play out side(plus i live in Tampa Florida) so i let them play while my 5 1/2 month old sit in her high chair while i make eggs or ceral like coco puffs, floot loops, cookies crips, etc. and then they come in side eat hafe their meal and go running back out side then i get them into the car after i get my 5 1/2 month old dressed into her day clothes and strap my kids into their car seats my 8 year old is still trying to master buckling himself into his booster seat and then we head off to the park and we have lunch at the park and we leave the park at 11:45 or 11:55 A.M. and since they love to roll around in the dirt and when we come home who ever is the most dirtest gets their shower first and i wash their hair and then their body and get them dressed into most comfortable clothes that i have for them (for the summer that is) and then it's noon so i put my 5 1/2 month old my 3 year old my 5 year old down for their nap and if my 8 year old is tried then i let him sleep in my room on my bed which he is lucky boy cause no one is to go into my room or the couch and he takes a 35 or 45 minute cat nap then i clean my room cause it has clothes throwin' all over the place and wash and clean the bath room my 8 year really feels bad so he helps my sweep up the kittchen or dust the living room table i do the dishes from this morning try to vacuum if i can cause my kids wake up if i even try to vacuum up the house so i sweep up the kittchen i try to spend some one on one time with my 8 year old and i try to catch up on some sleep i sleep for 1 1/2 if i can if i can't take a nap then i make house calls and try to make dinner if i can and yes you are right it does all add up by the time i look it's 2 P.M. time to get my kids up then they play out side and then they come in i tell them not to roll around in the dirt cause i'm not giving them another shower but then they come inside about 3:00 or 3:30 P.M. then they wash their hands and face with soap and water i have to wash my 3 year old and 5 year old face with mild soap that won't burn their little eyes so i baby sampoo and a wash coth i call it a face coth then they play in side till 6 or 7 P.M. and when my hubby comes home he can't even take off his coat and my 3 of 4 kids go running to him for a hug and then i go over with my 5 1/2 month old and he takes her off my hands and i ask him how his day was he kisses me and then (no matter how hard a day he had he stills wants to take the kids off my hands and finish making dinner if i haven't due to time and the kids) then i take a nap till dinner time them my hubby is nice enough to get me up for dinner then my 5 1/2 month old is already fed and gave her last night time bottle and get her dressed in to her PJ's and then in a play pen in me and my husband room then we keep the door a little bit open and by the time it's 7:30 P.M. and time to start his bed time routine and get his toy's cleaned up off the floor and get his bath started and get him out at 7:39 and into his PJ's and get his teeth brushed and off into his bed for bed time story and it's one long book or 2 shorts books and then it's 7:55 and he's down and time to start my 5 year old's bed time routine get her bath started and she gets out at 8:05 P.M. (she has a 5 minute bath she hates bath time and hates her hair wash very much but i have to get her hair washed) after her hair is wash and rised out and get her PJ's on and get her teeth brushed and she's off into her bed for one long story or 2 short stories and it's 8:15 and then my 5 1/2 month old goes into her crib once i shut off the girls light off in their room(they sleep together in the same room but different beds)then my 8 year old goes for his shower and he's out within 5-10 that he went in i can start trusting them by age 7 to take a bath/shower and wash their own hair by them selfs then it's 8:30 then my 8 year old is down and he doesn't like sory time so it's just a kiss and a hug from mommy and daddy and then i tuck him in and turn off the light quickly cause he sleep in the same room as my 3 year old (they share a room as well but different beds) and then i go to bed at mid-night. and happens to be my whole day and my kids are still napping yay but i don't need them to go to bed at mid-night like mommy cause i'm starting them on a school morning routine so they have to get up at 7:00 A.M. cause they start school on the 25th of AUG.

While my 13 month old sleeps i usually have one on one time with my 4 year old for about an hour. AFter that I jump on the computer for a while. I wish I was more motivated to prepare dinner or clean. The only cleaning I usually get done during nap time is tidying up the kitchen. Nap time is the only "me" time I get.
