Default Who wants to do a Food Journal with me?

So I've decided to do a food journal this week because I'm tired of my post-baby body and I want to see what I can do to make myself feel better about myself. Here is my brief backstory:
I am a 30 year-young lady who currently weighs 160 lbs. I currently have one 3 ½ year old daughter and an 8 month old son (who I am breastfeeding and will be until at least 2, possibly longer). I hate exercise, and so, I need to be held accountable to someone, otherwise I won’t do it. I want to lose 40 pounds overall. I also realize that I will not lose it all until after I am done breastfeeding, but figure I can get a head start now. I make very poor food decisions when I used to make really good ones. I want to get back into that lifestyle.

So what’s your story, what are you wanting to lose, and why? Share with me and let’s lose it all together!!
Step #1 Food Journal, just write down what you’re eating and if you can, the calories in each.
I’ll share what I have so far Today for Monday, July 13, 2009
1 cup of cheerios and ¼ cup of skim milk =140 calories
2 cups of coffee with cream and sugar
    Cottage cheese
    Applesauce
    1 pig in a blanket
    1 bowl of bean soup
    2 slices of kiwi fruit
    1 banana

I did this before I got pregnant and lost over 20lbs. My husband and I decided to start again this weekend. I am 23 with an 8mos. old baby girl. I am at 185 and my goal weight is 150.
So far today I have had:
    Just Bunches cereal with 1%milk-300cal.
    3tbsp. trail mix-140cal.
    a bunch of water-6cups?
For those of you counting calories, here are some awesome sites to get nutritional info from; Nutritiondata.com, calorieking.com and thedailyplate.com.
Good luck to all those following along!

Last night I made this yummy, simple dinner...only 390cals.
Ground beef, onion, green pepper, broccoli, corn, brown rice and shredded cheese. It would have been awesome in a wrap but we were out of wraps. We had wheat toast instead. This morning I had Cherrios with 1% milk-160cals. and a cup of coffee at work-45cals. Would you believe there is 45cals. (1 tbsp) in the dang creamer!!?? I guess I will start using milk instead...

Ok, lunch I had leftover dinner from last night-390cal. and sun chips-140cal. I will eat my fruit later since my lunch was interrupted. I really need to start eating more veggies...fruits are awesome, but full of sugars! But, I have strawberries, cherries and grapes for later. OH, and a HUGE brownie my coworker just gave me that I am trying to ignore!! lol..
