Question Weight gain (or lack thereof)

I know there are gonna be a lot of people who wish they had my problem, but here goes:
I'm 19 weeks, 3 days, and I'm at a net weight change of about -3 lbs over the course of this pregnancy. I got bronchitis the week I conceived and then had bad morning sickness until about week 14 and just couldn't eat much (never threw up, just didn't want to eat often or much at all). So I ended up losing 7-8 lbs the first trimester, which was annoying but I figured ok, because it actually got me to my ideal not-pregnant weight and I thought I'd make up for it this trimester. I have gained about zilch since then... last doctors appointment said up 3 pounds, but my WiiFit keeps saying that I haven't gained much at all. And stupid me, having a bad day at work I came over here to check out the Week 19 article and noticed it said I should have gained 8-14 pounds by now.

The ultrasound I had two weeks ago said my daughter is measuring right on track for her age, and people keep telling me to be grateful, but I'm just worried that I'm going to have enough weight to keep growing her well and be able to breastfeed her once she comes. Do I just need to calm down? I eat as much as I can but after so long not eating much plus my growing uterus pushing my innards around, I get full much much faster.

i wouldnt worry about it. with my first i was the same way i didnt really start gaining weight till the 3rd trimester and my son was growing and he came out fine and i was able to breastfeed. i am pregnant with baby #2 and i am 28 weeks along and have only gained 14lbs and 7 of those pounds were last month.
i would say as long as you are eating and eating healthy and the baby is growing just fine and if your Dr has no worries i wouldnt worry either. im sure everything will be fine, you will just have less weight to loose after the baby comes!
    just keep at it.......

I'm 13 weeks and havent gained a pound. I asked the doctor if that was okay and she said yes as long as I'm eating, and trust me I'M EATING! I'm only 21 and have always had a very high metabolism, plus what I do for a living (hairdresser) plus going to college keeps me moving, don't worry about it and if you're too concerned ask the doctor about it, as long as the baby is growing you're okay, and look at it on the bright side, you'll get your post pregnancy body back quick, infact my OB told me I would probably be this cute little thing with a cute little bump, that made me love her even more!
