Bad doc ?

Hi, My son has been throwing up with diarrhea for 2 days took him to doc. Said maybe a bug. He looked in ears and everything fine. So he said give him only juice for a day then give little food next day and no milk. And i asked about his lips turning blue cause he crys so hard when i walk away sometimes. Doc said spend time with him. Im a stay at home mom. I do everything for him 24/7 everyday. So last night he felt very hot. His temp 99.7 I tryed to take it an hour later cause felt even more hot. He just cryed and has never acted that way before when i put him down. I had to pick him back up fast cause his lips started to turn blue. So he just was not right so took him to hospital. Nurse said that not fever. I dont care what he thinks some thing wronge. I dont know how i knew ? So they looked at my 1 year old son. He starts crying very bad when i put down and when i picked him back up to calm him his lips started to turn blue. The nurses looks over at him like no big deal he is fine. He did nothing to help me. Its like he stops breathing for a few seconds. Im mad i think nurse should of done something. But he comes back but he just screaming and wont calm down. I know not right. Doc looked he has an ear infection. They gave us meds and sent home. They said his lips turning blue is fine. And how did 1st doc not see ear problem ?

Yeah I have had a bad doctor before. She treated me like scum because she thought I was a teen mother because I look young and my mom was there with me because I was still in too much pain to drive. And she totally wouldn't listen to anything I said and spent the whole time lecturing me on stuff I already knew! You just keep looking for a good doctor.

That has happened to me! my son was about 2 at the time it was a thursday afternoon and he was tugging at his ear, had a fever and was so cranky. so i took him to the pediatrician, he looked in his ears and sent us home with a clean bill of health. the doc chalked it up to teething, i gave him some tylenol everything was fine, he took a bath went to bed. at 2 in the morning he woke me up with this shrill scream like someone was killing him, my husband worked nights so i called him in a panic and he raced home, our neighbors watched our other children and we raced him up to the childrens hospital, we get there and there is blood coming out of his ear!!!! he had such a horrible ear infection that his ear drum ruptured!!! Talk about LIVID!!!! i actually had a lawsuit against this "doctor" and found a much better doctor. so yes just because they went to medical school and received the PhD title dont mean they are actually smart! thanks to that bozo my son had to go thru surgery to get tubes in his ears. god only knows how many other infections he has missed!
