Super!! I have filled up our storage room with laundry soap, fabric softener, razors and all the toothpaste and bathing essentials - as I have been stocking up when I see a good deal. Thanks so much everyone! Anything else that you can think of would be greatly appreciated. We are going to make a stocking up on food trip to Costco this week and that should take care of things.

As well, For the huggies pure and natural I have been using coupons, so each box has been .50 plus a coupon for free wipes When you buy a box of diapers. The joy of coupons!! (: So I have been stocking up on coupons for the store here that allows you to use more than one up to the value of the item. Other than that, I have been stocking up on Formula coupons too - I am the queen of cheap!

Other than that I am thinking about stocking up on bottled water, small snacks and entertaining things for guests.

You might want to be prepared in case you have to have a csection. I have to have antibacterial soap to clean my incision and non-stick gauze just in case. Also if you ever get constipated you may want a small bottle of stool softner.
Have lots of drinks-you'll be so thirsty. Have towels for when the spit up is a spew and it takes a towel. I personnal use plastic grocery bags for diapers so I am buying another bag holder for my bed room along with a pad to change her in the bed. Ditto nursing pads-leaks at night and out are bad. I am going to try the reusable washing pads since they are softer and reusable..
My babies never wore nb diapers they were 9lbs and went from size 1 first 2 wks straight to size 2. So I have one box of each size.
Showers were you feel good clean and ready to go are a thing of the past, so anything to ease that-mine is hair tyes.
Extra Extra big overnight sized pads-you will not believe how much you bleed, its unreal. I know this is TMI* but you literally gush for days. So for the first 3-5 days you may want to sleep on a bed pad or old towel.
Have febreeze or similar at home for guest so they wont smell milk and poop.
Lots of batteries or your charger for camera and maybe an extra disposable camera just in case.
Gum- you may forget to brush your teeth especially only sleeping one hour at a time.
Snacks and easy grab foods, popcorn, frozen dinners, can foods. Have plasticware and room in your fridge for those gifts of premade dinners. Dont forget about your pets.
Try hard to catch up on laundry completely before Dday.
HAHA-pay bills the month before, we were late on rent twice when both our babies were born, completely forgot!!!
OHH dont forget to have the carseat installed, preferably ask your local police inspector to show you. Nurses dont know and 99% of carseats are installed wrong!!
    GOOD LUCK
PS for other moms reading this, i have 2 kids, so having activities, clothes laid out, and kiddo snacks are a big do ahead also. In addition to talking about baby, reading books, and I have even been showing youtube videos of what newborns are like.

Just a quick suggestion - you'll need to have alcohol for the umbilical cord, and they made little alcohol wipes, so instead of buying a bottle of it and using cotton balls or Qtips, its just a little wet wipe you can throw away with each use.

Good call on the wipes! I used to work at a clinic and have boxes of them! I use them to clean my gel nails and shine em up - and to clean off small stains from a white wallet I have. I will put some in the nursery! THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE!!!

Still looking for any suggestions on anything that will make it easier that we can stock up on now. (:
