Default Question about Johnson and Johnson

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and finishing up setting up the nursery. For our shower, we got a bottle of Johnson's head-to-toe foaming wash. I understand there were concerns about Johnson and Johnson's baby wash in the past and ingredients that cause cancer and other health issues. Does anyone know if the product I have is included in that? I did some online searches but really didn't find anything that tells me if it's okay to use this product. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Sulfates and parabens are thought to be carcinogens (cancer causing) and brands like J&J (including Aveeno baby) have them in larger amounts hence the report. I've not known them to have altered their ingredients so I'd say the facts remain. If you're overly concern then exchange those products for organic items. Burts Bees got some great stuff for baby.

I contacted J&J about this because my friend mentioned this to me. They explained this in detail. We have been using this stuff for years and we are all fine. They have toned down the ingredients, but did not take them out all together. So really, it is up to you if you want to use them.
