    Default Crawling-not When, but how?

There is quite an active thread on here about "when did your baby crawl" but I was wondering how did your baby start to crawl?
Did they push up from their belly? Or did they crawl from a sitting postion.
At 7 months, my dd is not yet crawling, but she seems more likely like she might start from sitting, because she makes no effort to push up at all from her tummy.
    just wondering...
    We love those baby smiles!

Crawling comes in many different forms, and not all babies start crawling the same way. My son was a little over 8mos when he started the army crawl. He laid flat on his belly, and used his forearms to pull himself forward.

My son layed on his side and used his leg to push himself. Then he began the army crawl. Then he started the official crawl. Now he is a master crawler and cruiser. Waiting for the walking........
