Am I ovulating?

my cycle is 26 - 28 days long, no shorter, no longer. Today is day 9 in my cycle and I should not be ovulating yet. The calculator says I should be ovulating the 14th - 17th. I know that every body is different and you shouldn't really trust the calculator. My basal temp have been: 98, 97.4, 97.35, 97.9, 97.8, 97.4, 97.9, 97.7, 97.7. This morning I woke up and checked my temp and cervical mucus and my mucus was in between eggwhite and watery. The last time I had sex was 2 days ago. I did take an ovulation test and it said that I was not ovulating. What was with the mucus being watery. Is it semen from 2 days ago? I think I am going to go ahead and have sex today just in case.

Sure! Why not?! Can't hurt. My husband and I got busy every other day between days 10 and 18. Worked for us.

Have sex just in case...it won't hurt anything!

The cycle we conceived I ovulated on CD10, normally I would ovulated CD14-16.

How many times a day are you testing with your OPKs? If only one time it's very possible that you could have missed your surge. I tested twice a day (once at 10:30am and once at 3:30pm) and was able to "see" the beginning, middle and end of my surge.
