aspirin to prevent preenclampsia

has anyone had to take 81mg of aspirin to prevent preenclampsia? and did it work? were there any concerns for the baby?

I actually had preclampsia with my first pregnancy, but I was fortunate that it was right weeks before i was due. they said that some people have it with future pregnancys but I did not have it with my second and so far not with my third pregnancy. I never heard anything good about taking aspirin while you were pregnant. I would have to say not to
some pharmacists would be able to advise you, if you don't remember to ask your doctor
