    Default Time for another one?

I have a toddler (will be 3 in Nov.) My husband and I have always said "ONE AND DONE"...but lately I have been getting some baby fever. I actually caught him making a comment the other day at a yard sale. I said the clothes were too small for Ryder and he said "we'll have to have another." I was so shocked that I didn't even reply. Any advise from parents of two?

I've had baby fever lately too. Looking up the meanings of baby names online... paying way too much attention to parents with infants when we're out... getting the urge to buy new baby gear...

I know I'm not ready and the thought of having another child scares the crap out of me, but there are times when I sort of wish I'd get pregnant on accident so that I'd "have to" be ready...lol.

My son will be three in August.

That is way to funny KMS...I sometimes wish the same thing...but that probably won't happen. It took a while to get pregnant once I was off the pill. I really want a girl and when I see a little girl I always get baby fever. I don't know if I can handle 2 mentally though!

    Talking

I've been feeling some small twinges of baby fever too, except I already have 2! my husband and I are revisiting the baby talk next year as right now neither of us feel emotionally, financially, or "ready" at this point. We just want to enjoy our 2! Oh, and mine are a little less than 2.5 yrs apart and I LOVE having 2! They entertain each other, are learning how to share and resolve conflict in their own home, and not to mention they just ADORE each other and it is so fricken' CUTE! My daughter (age 4) is so loving and protective of her little brother (almost 21 months). She still calls him her 'baby'. I am really enjoying watching their sibling bond and am excited they get to grow up together. If you feel ready, go for it! We were a bit nervous too but couldn't be more happier! Now we gotta decide if we wanna leave it with these 2 or add on more. :P

I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 6 month old. So far it's been great. The first few months were hard until sleeping was well established because once you have 2, "sleeping while the baby sleeps" just can't happen, so you get VERY sleep deprived. The age difference has been perfect. The older is potty trained, capable of being fairly independent and just adores his baby sister.

What makes my baby fever kind of crazy is that my 2 1/2 year old still does not sleep through the night! He's a late talker too. Maybe the fever has something to do with me turning 30 this year. He was sick yesterday and today with stomach bug and I thought to myself, if I had two doing this I think I'd pull my hair out!!! But, I still have an ounce of baby fever I have a brother 2 years old than me and I would like my son to have a sibling to grow up with.
