My son has lots of silly names actually.... I kind of just think of new ones all the time! The ones I use most are Coby-bear, doodlebug, mr.silly-willy!

dh calls dd "monkey toes" because of the way she curls her toes and tries to latch onto things with them.
she has done this from very early on. I took her at 10 weeks old to have her photo taken for a surprise for dh's b'day. the photographer asked if dh had any nicknames for her that I wanted included on the photo print....
I was too embarassed to say "monkey toes"! So we just left it Daddy's little girl...
    We love those baby smiles!

when i named my daughter i made sure i had a good nickname for her that i liked. so i named her yanitsa thinking her nickname would be yani but as soon as she was born everyone started calling her yaya even her daddy! i like to call her bookie. when i was little and i walked to school there was always this big dog looking sad so i always stopped to play with it and since i didnt know its name i called it bookie. i loved that dog.

oh we have lots of silly names.
booger butt, schnucks, schnuckers, tigger (he bounces non stop), louie (his name is lucien, we were going to call him lou but that's what everyone calls me).turkey, lil stinker, two tooths, snot bubbles, I know there's more but I can't think of them.
we also have songs for him. "Lucien in the sky with diamonds" and "ah louie louie" and the tigger song.
I joke with DH that we have so many names for him he'll go to kindergarten thinking his name is schnucks or something!

I call my son "yeye" because when he first started talking he would get on the phone with my family and all he said, all the time was yeye, yeye, yeye, yeye.
