    Default Breastfeeding and vitamin C

    Anyone know if it is ok to take vitamin C supplements while breastfeeding?
    Pre-baby I would take some extra vitamin C when I felt a cold coming on, and was wondering if it would be ok to do it now that I am breastfeeding.

    I am taking Vit C and I am BFing. I do not know of any risks. So I would like to know the answer to your question as well.
