I have searched through the website and have not been able to find a phone number to get a hold of subscription services for Parenting Magazine ?
Any help would be appreciated ?
I had signed up for subscription, but have not been recieving any magazines, and instead just recieved a renewal notice in the mail...
I called up a friend who gets the magazine, and the subscriber phone number is listed in the magazine..
1-800-234-0847 (for information for anybody trying to find this number online.. )
Roopalapatel---Thanks so much for posting this phone #! I'm having the same problem. I ordered Parenting School Years in early February and my check was cashed 6 days later, but no issue! Today, in the the mail, I received another solicitation for the same magazine. I called and am told it should be arriving in the next 2 weeks. Sounds like there are some production delays? The order form says my issue will mail within 6 weeks--customer service said "6-8 weeks". It's been 6 weeks already.
It was nice of Sasha to post a link to customer service, but this is only an email option---why is the phone number such a secret?! Sometimes you just must talk to a 'live' person!
apparently, my payment was taken, received ONE magazine, but im not on file?
all it says on the magazine is BK.....
and i cant recieve my free gift(THE BAG) for paying my subscription in full(pay for 1 year get 2 years free).. moneys tight these days and this is what i get for splurging
I thought I'd get one free magazine with a purchase from Motherhood Maternity. Then I got a couple more in the mail. Ok, cool. Then I see that $20 has been deducted from my bank account. Not cool. While I am enjoying the what I thought to be free magazines I received, I find it disturbing that I unknowingly paid for a magazine subscription that I didn't order. Thanks for sharing the number! Hopefully I can get this solved because money is tight right now.
MrsD87-- The same thing happened to me when I purchased from Motherhood, except that I never received any magazines, and I just discovered yesterday that my card had been charged $20 by Parenting. I'm hoping to get this issue resolved as well. It feels like a sort of entrapment, especially when they are charging $20 for a one-year subscription through this method, while they are offering a 3-year subscription on the website for only $12.
And I agree--the phone number should be listed on the website, especially on the "Contact Us" page. To me, easily being able to access a representative by phone demonstrates a higher level of customer service.
I got charged $20 for it too... I just noticed it on my bank statement! I recently made a purchase at Motherhood... except I wasn't given a free magazine or anything, and actually there was no mention of the magazine what so ever. I paid with a debit card and have a $20 charge from "Parenting Early Years" on my card now! I am livid!!
We’re very sorry for any confusion with your Parenting subscription that you signed up for at Motherhood Maternity. The offer you received was for a 2 year subscription to Parenting Early Years, with a risk-free trial issue as a preview. You should have received a pamphlet in store that explained the details of this offer – after previewing your first issue you would have needed to cancel your subscription to avoid being charged. We are happy to give you a refund due to the misunderstanding… just call customer service at 1-800-234-0847 and let them know what happened – they will take care of this for you right away. Thanks again and we hope you decide to continue on as a Parenting subscriber!
