    Thanks for the correct phone number. The letter I received from Parenting states the wrong number 888-234-0847.

    My payment was cashed .... In July/August and STILL no magazine!!! I even emailed and they said I woul receive in sept/oct! Parenting magazine even sent me an email responding to my concerns ... There is NO number to call in Canada either that 1-800 number is not in service here!!! I'm starting to wonder if this company is scamming or going bankrupt? I suggest to anyone do not order this magazine buy it off the stands at least you get your magazine. I want a CALL from the company explaining why my magazine is still not here and when it will be here or a refund!!!
    EXTREMLY DISSATISFIED !!!

    I too got charged $20...noticed on my bank statement. I did recently make a purchase at motherhood...and was never given a free magazine or anything. I read your response and called customer service at the number you provided at Ariel ID 8425 said that they dont give refunds and i should have read my receipt? I asked her well, why would you charge my account if i never even received a magazine? She said it takes 6-8 week. So basically she cancelled my subscription but will not refund due to misunderstanding.
