Plastic in the formula

My baby is Formula fed and I have tried every single brand and type out there and I finally found that he and I could agree on Good Start. Something recently happened (this morning) to concern me and you. I found a piece of shredded plastic in the can. I called the 1-800 number and filed a formal complaint. They are sending a postage paid box so it can be tested. I don't mean to place negative advertising out there, I do love good start, but if you use it.... take the time to check the can. I plan on continuing my use of the product, I just wanted to put the warning out there.

Did they offer to replace the can?

I opened a can of Enfamil and the pull tab came right off. We tried to get it off with a can opener but ended up getting metal shards in the formula. I called and they sent me another can.

I also opened a can of Enfamil and it was only half full. I called and they sent me another can.

Also, off topic, Charlie is 23 pound and can't wear size 4 diapers because they don't hold his pee and they cut into his groin. I called Pampers and complained and they sent me $50 in coupons.
