    Question this is BULL SH**T READ THIZ

    i went to the wic office today an they said that they been aware of the problem with the melmine way before it was annoced on the television but they are not going to pull it off the checks, becuz there is only a little bit of melmine that is located in the milk...an its not a real big issue so i said it killed 6 babies so that is a real big issue..an you know what this ignorant woman said..it has to kill more babies before we pull it an not just goverment babies...

    PLEZ TELL ME THATS CRAZY..

    Uhh...yes that is crazy! I don't know if you are really outspoken or what, but I would not have left there until I got my way or she was on the floor! OMG--that just ticks me off!

    that is rediculous. Our good old government f-s us again. Jasmine since you have first hand experience with this you should write a letter to the local new paper, call the news, something! Don't just lay there and take it!

    The woman at the WIC office probably feels the same way we feel. She just doesn't have the power to change it so she has to harden herself to it. This is not her fault. She's just one of the cogs in the wheel.

    But yes it is major bull for the gov. to take that stand.

    Thats just sad. I would definately be buying my infant a safe formula while the government changed their policy. The other thing you could try would be to ask your pediatrician to write you a preseciption for another formula. They will often change the brand on your checks, if you have a prescription.
