Default 7 wks along! Keep running? Bootcamp?

Hi there! We are 7 wks along with our first baby. I am an avid runner and the week before we found out about the pregnancy, I registered for a marathon in May...oops. I can drop down to the half-marathon if I need to but I'm pretty stubborn. My OB/GYN said I can do whatever I can comfortably run, as long as I'm not overexerting myself, but I'm still nervous. Any advice? The race would be in my 17th wk of pregnancy. Does anyone have experience with working out during early pregnancy?
I also do bootcamp ~ 3 x week, but my fatigue has been outrageous and I haven't been able to do this as much, though I love it!!

Wow, I've run 2 halves and can't imagine keeping my heart rate low enough. But slow and steady might be fine.

I've had to give up serious weight training for now. Lately doing good cardio seems to be the only way I feel normal. I'm 7 weeks too. I just keep my hr as close to under 140 as possible. Good luck!
