    Default Baby gates for linebacker???

Hi all, I need some parent reviews on containment solutions.
We have a large, older 1900's style home. It is very choppy set up (each room is each room, they don't flow well). Needless to say, the kids have a playroom, however I have a 2 year old that is built like a Dallas Cowboys linebacker! We have tried metal gates, the superyard play yard, mesh gates, etc. and this kid can plow through them all... heck, with the superyard (all 6 panels together) he can flip it. There are some times, I really need him to stay in one room, like when I am in the kitchen or whatever the case may be. We rent and the trim around each and every door was hand made and laid by my landlord's late father and for that reason I can not drill into them, so I need a tension type gate or something.

    Any suggestions???

I have 4 boys and I've been through the linebacker containment struggles! I really don't think there is any way to use a tension gate successfully and not drill into a solid stud to secure it. He probably climbs out of pack n plays too, so the only way would be to close and lock the door, and then who knows what he might do in there! I used to "contain" my 2 year old by giving him playdoh, or similar messy experiments at the kitchen table. It kept him busy and in one place for a while. I feel for you!
