I am the proud mother of a 2 1/2 year old girl!
A couple months after we had her, I got Implanon inserted for my birth control. I LOVED it!! I've used it for just over 2 years now, but got it removed about a week ago.
I'm still nursing my first daughter, so that combined with the Implanon removal has me questioning my fertility.

My husband and I are now TTC our second child.

I know breastfeeding reduces the likelihood of ovulation. She only nurses at night, but we still co sleep so I'm sure she nurses a good bit during the night. Sometimes she nurses when she wakes up, but it is only for a few minutes.

I haven't had my cycle while on Implanon, so I'm not sure when/if it'll come back.

Has anyone had to deal with similar things? How quickly did you get pregnant?

About 2 days after I had my Implanon removed, I started cramping. I had cramps for about 3 days, but no bleeding or anything. We have been "actively trying to conceive”, so I know it’s possible that we’ve already gotten pregnant and I will not get a period-but I’d just like to hear if anyone else has had a similar situation—using Implanon for a couple of years and nursing while trying to conceive?
