Hello, my Name is Celia. I am 27 weeks pregnant and gaining bad weight! I understand I cant work out much, but can I change what I eat by ussing my bullet? Is there a limiti to how far i can go as to losing weight with out hurting my baby? Any tips?
I think aerobic work out is best way to get great results in natural way and be fit,
i also doing aerobic work out in morning....
