My last period start date was 10/3, so I should be 7 weeks now. I tested positive using home preg test last Saturday 11/17. But my OB did an ultrasound today and said the size only puts me at 3~4 weeks.

How is that possible then that I got a positive test last weekend? How do I calculate the due date now?
