    Default Can I eat sushi??

    Does anyone know if I can eat sushi and breastfeed?? It was the main thing I craved while pregnant(and couldn't have) and now I want to know if I can finally eat it. I'm dying for it! Or if I can't eat it, can I eat some and give her pumped milk for a day or something? Does anyone know?

    I checked at www.kellymom.com and it said that you can eat sushi. It won't harm the baby, though you should still avoid fish with high mercury content. By the way, that website has A LOT of great breastfeeding information.
