    Default A VERY empty nest!

    I am a single mother and my son, who is almost 18 and about to move out of the house. I have to say, the empty nest idea is about to hit me hard and I have spent so much time looking after my son that I have neglected the whole friends thing. Now that my son is about to move out of the house, I am wondering what I will do to fill my time and how to go about making new friends. Please help! What do other single mothers do when their kids move out?!?
