Hey- soup and grilled cheese (even 1/2) is a meal!! It's amazing the little things that excite you when you are pregnant. I went again today to the OB. I gained 2 more pounds so total 20.5. I have not progressed since last visit so we are scheduled for the c section Friday Dec 5th. 9 more days!!!!!!

well my ob appt was bittersweet. he's finally gaining weight and seems really healthy but i'm back at my pre-preggo weight. she gace me a script for reglan (it's suppose to hlp me keep food down). but all it really does is make me feel sick and fall asleep. less than 2 months and counting. that's awesome you'll see your lil one in a few days. i hope all goes well

I remember I took Reglan earlier in my pregnancy (3 times a day) and Phneregan and Zofran. Im sure the baby is doing well. Just 7 more days for me!! I will be sure to keep in touch so I don't lose you on the board.

I had a c-section 12-5-2008. A beautiful healthy baby girl at 827am. She is 6 lbs 14 oz. Life is perfect. I hope you are doing well. Keep me updated.

    Default Not fun, but normal

I was vomiting at least once a week throughout my pregnancy, save for a brief reprieve during the 2nd trimester. I even vomited just before we went to the hospital. I've heard that can be a sign of labor.
Anyway, it's not fun, but in my epxerience it was normal and thank goodness my baby was born big and healthy.
Trust your doctor on the weight stuff. It sounds like all is fine.
    Hang in there!
    Home stretch!

Another idea: my doctor told me about an anti-nausea medication called zorfran (I think). Ask your doctor. He said he gave it to his wife when she was pregnant. I've been afraid to take it because side-effects say it makes you sleepy. But it might be worth it. I'd be interested to hear if anyone had tried it.
