You can sign up for the mailing list at Babies R Us and they send out tons of coupons that come in handy. Buy one get one half off of clothes, and with twins that really a money saver. Every sunday and Wednesday there's always coupons.
If there's ways to save money you should try it, it really makes your dollar stretch!!!
I try to buy clothes for my twins when it's on sale. When summer is going to start I buy a few winter items on sale or clearance, same goes for summer clothes. And when there's a good deal on shoes I buy them in a size bigger for later.
at the end of the day you know what the necessities are and what the wants are.... now to draw a line between them is the choice you have to make.
stock up on stuff when it's on sale.
Put up money on the side for when you want to get your hair done or need a pair of pants... or anything like that.
Unless you are lucky enough to go out and spend what you want when you want.
I'm not, so I have to do what I HAVE to do first....
i want to win the lotto. want to join? lol

I'm the last person to ask about budgeting between you and your kids. I eat less expensive- and probably less healthy meals, while the twins get the best of the best. Same goes with clothing. I laughed at the poll: Who is wearing the more expensive outfit, you or you kids. Totally my kids! Although my mother buys a lot of their brand-name stuff. I like the Gymboree outlet or shopping Old Navy's online site. They have way better sales online.
There are also tons of used baby clothes on craigslist. (if you aren't matchy-matchy about the twins)
    Good luck!

    Talking To all twin parents

Hello I am a VERY happy mommy to twin identical 9 month old girls. My husband and I tried for three years to have a baby. When the doctor told me twins I almost fell off the table. I want to be a mother for so long but to be blessed with two at one time is more than I could ask for.
I always get the same question"is it hard?" My responds is I have nothing to compair it to. These are my first and last children. I am 34 years old and feel so complete with my girls. Everyday aI learn something new about myself. I do things that I NEVER thought I would be doing.
So if there are any new mommy out there reading this hang in there it is GREAT to be a mommy of twins.
    Happy mother

Well said, twins! It is great to be a mommy of twins. I'm betting we all get that question of "is it hard?" Of course! But you just do it- and it has it's highs and lows. But it's so much easier to concentrate on the highs. It's so great to have two little sunshines running around.

My girls ate from anybody. I had my 85 year old grandfather come over a lot during the day. He just held them and fed them, because of his age that's pretty much all he could do to help, but he was so willing to hold and feed.
Perhaps have your husband feed them early in the morning too before he goes to work? They just need to be around your hubby more. Good luck, and congrats!
