yeah its a daily struggle to not punch people haha. omg one time I had a waitress question what i wanted for dinner because it had too much fat it it! i had her fired and it felt good...but there's always another idiot out there, right? I hate watching all of the shows on TV about how people who are so overweight can't live normal lives because of their size and how people treat them...skinny people don't realize that fat people have the same feelings as everyone else (I know that sounds tacky, but its true).

I feel sorry for the guy, he was just trying to make conversation. I don't see how he was being racist. To me, assuming that you would only have a white baby with a white man is more racist.

He was racist because he went on a tangent about not liking white girls with black men, but you know what I think most people have an underlying racist bone in their body whether or not you want to admit, he was just more upfront with his racism than most I guess. But the thing that got me wasn't the racial comments it was the weiner comments about black men having "big ones" I couldn't imagine talking to a stranger about somethings! The story has amused me ever since it happened yesterday. I laugh out loud everytime I hear him say, "maybe they like the BIG ONE"

Wow, I didn't read that. He never said that. He may have been lacking in tact, but he didn't say he didn't like it.

Now that is funny. I guess we aren't the only country with stereotypes. I don't agree that every one is racist at the core. I didn't even know what racism was until I was a preteen. Now, I will agree that every one has SOME KIND of prejudice (not necessarily race). Mine is a secret, but is has nothing to do with race.

brandie_, LOL! THIS MADE ME LAUGH SO HARD!! Yea, i don't think a lot of people are racist like that, i just think they assume like on statistics. Like since I'm hispanic, I probably clean houses or something! No, I don't! but that's not the point.
I probably would have lied, and said something like "oh, I married a good black man! Cause I like the big one!" just to shut him up! LOL! no offense to anyone! l

bvas81... Good idea for a comeback. My husband is Puerto Rican and we live in a Small minded town (where I went to school) so I could live next to my parents. When I talk to old school friends they assume that he beats me or something. Or I get this response, your poor baby will have to deal with being a little mixed child.

LOL! It's crazy isn't it?! But, I think everyone is guilty of making some type of assumption of a different race. atleast one time or another. When I would go to the park to walk I would take my twin boys and my friends little girl who i was taking care of. My husband and I would walk the 3 miles and he would walk with the twins and I would take her. and she is sooooooo light skinned and I def. am not! So, everyone was looking at us like if I was the maid and my husband was the gardener! LOL! funny!
