    Hello everyone.....i've heard that drinking too much water is not good for health. Is it true???

    I think it is not because it keeps your body hydrated and your skin moisturized. But it's better to keep it moderated like as they said, 8 glasses of water per day because anything more than the advised dose could also affect our health.
