    Default video security and monitoring

I have suspicions and concerns about my babysitter so I am going to set up some home version of video surveillance to watch my home, my baby and nanny from away. How do I best do it? Is there a way she can influence what I see on my iPhone like you know switching the tape or?

I've gone through it myself so I know what you feel. I will try to describe what I did. We also had to deploy one of these surveillance systems because of those terrifying stories. It only sounds complicated. We surfed through the Internet to find the needed program (we found Xeoma matched best), there are LOTS of them, some are quite similar, others not. If you have time - search for best solution for yourself, if not - use this one, it is quite good. At least we're not going to look for another. You download the software, run it, plug in cameras (as many as you want and of any type), configure the system to act the way you need (it can give you notifications if the nanny enters rooms she isn't supposed to or if there is no movement where there should be) or you can use the link to watch what's going on in the cameras' filed of view from other place through the Internet. Read manuals, choose what functions you need. Then lock access to computer with a password and she won't be able to 'change tapes' or do anything like in the spy movies. Good luck
