    Default not eating.

my daughter will be 3 in april and lately i cant seem to get her to eat anything. she tells me that she is hungry, and even picks out what she wants me to cook for her. but as soon as its ready, im lucky if i can get her to take a single bite. i thought that this was just a phase that she was going through, seeing as how she used to be such a great eater, and had a taste for a wide variety of foods. but it seems that it is geting worse as time passes. ive tried looking for recipes for picky eaters, and snack ideas but still.. nothing changes. im worried that she isnt getting the proper nutrition and vitamins that she needs to remain healthy. does anyone have any suggestions for a situation like this?

I had the same problem with my 2 oldest kids. I have this book and ended up using many of the ideas in it.

I also take them shopping and they pick out a few healthy foods to eat.

    Hope this helps!

What kind of foods does she like to eat nowadays? You can take her to the supermarket and maybe she will help you select the foods she wants you to cook for her. If she's into smoothies, try to incorporate some fresh fruits like banana or mango into the drink.

Consult your doctor what is the best supplement that she can take. Supplements can help to replenish vitamins & minerals that she can't get because she is not eating well. Try as well to be creative in her food plating. Smoothies is a good idea where you can mix fruits, yogurt into the drink.
