    Seafood is incredibly important for healthy growth and development, both in the womb and throughout childhood! Seafood is full of omega-3s, lean protein and vitamins and minerals, but it may also have traces of mercury and PCBs. We are continuously bombarded by different advisories and recommendations so it can be difficult to figure out exactly what is good, and how much we should we eating.

    Vegans can have healthier child birth, but have to be a little more conscious of what they eat, Discuss to your OB before you get expecting she/he may be able to suggest a nutritional expert who can information you....

    Hmm right seafood provides technology based varieties specific foods per month suggestions that are created for kids. You can look up your child's preferred fish, or surf through our formula suggestions for concepts of what to make for supper.
