Could i be preg??

HELP..

So we conceived oct 8th then i had a period on oct 14th. i had a scare last month but still had my period. this month my period was 4 days late. my boobs are very tender and i pee allot. when i got my period this month( on the 18th) it came with heavy cramping and tummy pains. ive had them in the past but not in a while. ive also took two pregnancy tests on the 16th and they both came back positive i dont trust them because they are the cheap dollar ones. i took another test this time the first response one came out with a very dark pink line and a very faint pink line( maybe that's a maybe? idk) then the morning of the 18th i took another one and it came back negative then two hours later i started my period..
