Rash from eating yogurt

Every time my 20 month old daugther eats yogurt she gets a diaper rash. If she eats a little yogurt she gets a mild rash, if she eats a whole container of yogurt she gets a severe rash. It does not matter what kind of yogurt she eats, she always gets the rash. She has no isses with fruit in general so I know it's not the fruit in the yogurt. She does not have a milk allergy. Does anyone else know of anyone with this issue or know what may be causing it? Is it the cultures? I'm perplexed, but she LOVES yogurt and I want to be able to keep giving it to her.

Try one that has no additives - just milk and cultures. If she still reacts then you know it's probably something about the live cultures. You can add your own fruit if she needs it.
