    Hello baby-gurl,

Welcome to the boards. All first time moms are surprised by some of what pregnancy brings (I know that I am!). The only advice I really have is to try and take it one day or week at a time. When are you due?

    Best wishes!

I'm forty and I'm blogging my pregnancy experience, check it out: www.grace-fortyandpregnant.blogspot.com But, I'm 6 weeks and the morning sickness hit me last week and there are days when I don't feel anything and then like a wave, it hits. I haven't knelt before the toilet, yet, and I'm hoping not, I hate vomitting! I believe somewhere in this thread, someone mentioned that they expect the doc to tell them that they aren't really pregnant. I have that same feeling or thought. This whole thing is blowing me away. I had been working on getting pregnant, but, to be honest, I didn't expect for it to happen right away. Good luck to all you others.

    HELLO!
I was 19 when i had my daughter. Here's my advice.. Its hard but you can do it. just follow your instincts and ask a doctor or a mom when your scared. Just think this "Women have been doing this for a Very Very LONG TIME!!!" Take advantage to how small they are because they grow WAY TOO FAST! Good Luck and I'm sure everything will turn out Great!!!

Hi, I'm 18 and I'm 18 weeks along. this is also my first child and I'm surprised by a lot of stuff too. I never thought my body could be so amazing to incubate this little alien inside me! I'm having a girl. and i'm so excited to be a first time mommie!!! Wow, by June 25, someone will actually call me mom. Scary!

How far along are you baby gurl?

I just recently turned 20; I found out I was pregnant when I was 19; she was born a week before my 20th birthday. I was really nervous; this little person was coming into the world and depending on me. But, turns out, it just really all does come naturally. and we're even planning on trying for a second soon good luck. congrats.

    Hey baby gurl,
I am 26 and my baby girl just turned one!!! The pregnancy was hard but the best advice I can give is this. don’t compare yours to anyone else you know they are all different. My younger sister had very little morning sickness and I had all day sickness(not to scare you). When things get tough just remember its all for a wonderful reason. Imagine getting to hold that beautiful baby and all will be worth it, I promise!

I'm due in 5 days and honestly it can't get here any quicker, lol. Well Congrats to ALL the first time mommys and good luck!!!
