    Default Pregnant Budoir Pictures?!

Hi everyone. I recently had some of those tastefully half naked pregnancy pictures done and NOTHING has made me feel more beautiful! Big belly and all! I totally recommend it for anyone especially if you are having body issues. They did my hair and my makeup and I felt like a model!!!!

But seriously, where would you put those? Even in the bedroom- I don't know.
It's like the belly cast thing, what would you do with a belly cast? It's kinda creepy!

Oh I am sooo jealous!!! I wanted to do that too but wound up having my babies at 29 weeks so I never got the chance. I know this may sound weird, and most of you women will probably hate me, but I LOVED being pregnant. I had the best pregnancy. Maybe the Lord just blessed me because I was only going to get to do this one time. Anyways, I wanted one of those pics done so I could always have a special reminder of this awsome experience.

Craftyashley - one of them is going in the babies room - I am covered with a drop cloth and sitting in a rocking chair with just my belly exposed. It's black and white.

None of them show any indecent nudity so they are all going in the pregnancy baby book next to the ultrasound pictures.

But even if I didn't want to display them in any form - just the good they did for my soul was worth the money. I felt like a model! It was the first time during my pregnancy that I felt like what was happening to my body was beautiful - because up to now I've been pretty annoyed at the whole thing.

PS since our pregnancies tend to mimic our mothers I think its a good record my little girl. My mother barely remembers being pregnant.

Aww those maternity pictures are lovely. Im a photographer and I enjoy my maternity sessions so much. I dont know its like you capture all that nurturing love in every picture! I am so upset that I dont have my pregnancy pictures, unfortunatly every where I went they didnt know how to do them tastefully, they would just make you stand and take a full body picture with your belly hanging out

I would hang them up where everyone could see them. Pregnancy is the only time I feel comfortable that exposed. I guess I don't see them as being sexual or provocative.

I also got the pregnancy pics done and i love them! we do have a few displayed in my bedroom and in my livingroom. they captured moments between my husband and i that i can't describe. seeing him gazing at my stomach with such love for this baby that we didn't even know yet was priceless. I also did the belly mold for my 2nd pregnancy (a girl) and painted it to match her bedroom and hung it on the wall with ribbon. It is so nice to look back at how my body changed and how special it all was. I recommend it to everyone even if you just have a friend or family mamber take the pictures.
