Default Help - Getting 1-month old to sleep

Hello - My daughter is a little over 1-month old now, but she will not go to sleep if not in my arms, and most of the time as soon as I put her into bed, or her carseat, her other preferred place to sleep, she wakes up within a few minutes. How do I stop this? I worry it is too soon for crying it out, but am not sure what else to do.

I am running out of options, and could use some helpful suggestions.

    Thanks!

How bad is the crying? If you don't let her cry it out now and you wait for a later date it will be alot worse. Trust me I know from experience. If you want the cuddle time of rocking her to sleep wait for limp arm. take her hand and raise her arm away from her body if she pulls it back she is not asleep yet if her arm falls limply back to her side then you can lay her down.
