    Default no heartbeat, but still get lightheaded

    I am supposed to be 8 weeks along now, but yesterday I had an ultrasound where they said the baby measured to be about 6 weeks and there was no heartbeat. But in the last couple of weeks, I have gotten bigger and I still get lightheaded. Should my body realize that I'm not pregnant if there is no heartbeat?

    I am so sorry for your loss. I would imagine that it may take a few weeks for the hormones in your body to be eliminated, and you might have some pregnancy symptoms until then. There might also be something else going on. I'd talk to your doctor about this.
