Default weaned 1wk and getting more sore...

I completely weaned my 13mo daughter a little over a week ago. For the first couple days it was fine, but for the past 3 days I've had a sharp, achy pain in the side of my right breast, which is gradually spreading. I've had mastitis and clogged ducts, and it doesn't feel like either of those. I'm still producing a little milk (which I know is normal) but should it really hurt several days after stopping nursing? It's a little confusing.

Sidenote: any at-home remedies would be awesome, since we have no insurance right now (DH was laid off 2 weeks ago, sadly)

Could it be engorgement? Maybe pump a little to reduce the pressure. Cabbage leaves against the breast tissue is supposed to releave engorgement. Also, call your OB - even without insurance they should be able to give you some advice over the phone. Or call a lactation consultant (many hospitals offer them for free) she might have advice.
