List of foods to feed baby b4 first year

I had a list of food categories (over ten, I think) of foods to feed baby from before the first year to expose them to a variety of tastes (with also the hope of eliminating pickiness). The list had a variety of foods on it well outside the "norm.". I believe it came from a magazine. Does anyone know where I can find it again? I lost my copy.

I know what you are talking about. It came from a "Parents" magazine in mid to late 2009 (maybe early 2010) - I had the list taped to my fridge. Maybe you can find back issues at the library.

The First Meals book is awesome! It lists foods for babies starting with simple purees and moving to more sophisticated foods as they get older. I've used this book for my babies for about 8years now.
