Default Toddler + newborn double stroller

I need some recomendations please! I have a 2 and 1/2 yr old toddler (30 lbs) and a newborn baby coming any day. What are my options for a double stroller. I find tons of stuff for twin-double strollers, but no reviews for toddler/newborn double strollers. Thanks!

I'm getting the Baby Trends Sit and Stand stroller from Baby's R US. I can't wait. they have two models.
One has one seat up front that can fit some infant car seats, though not all. And a small platform and bench in the back for a toddler to stand/sit without having to stop and buckle/unbuckle whenever a rambunctious toddler needs to move or rest.
The second is exactly like the first but with one awesome exception. It has a second seat that can be attached above the bench and removed later if needed. Good if you have kids a little closer together and need both seats for the first few months then remove it when the older child is ready for the platform/bench area.
I'm pretty sure that Baby trend isn't the only brand with this type of stroller, so I would google 'sit and stand strollers' and see what comes up.

I have a friend who has a Phil and Ted's double seat stroller kit, which they've been super happy with. I think it starts out with a single buggy/sport stroller and then there's an attachement kit for the younger one. I know they purchase most of their baby gear at Play Outdoors, so might be work a look!
