    Unhappy Child Custody Question

Hi all. I have a question about the visitation schedule my ex has with our 2 year old child. My child was premature and currently sees a nutritionist and occupational therapist to help him gain weight. At 27 months, he only weighs 20 pounds. Nobody can seem to figure out why he is not gaining more weight, based off of what we say we feed him. He is with his father 2 days a week currently, and I begain weighing him before he goes to his father's and when he comes back. What I have found is that he is losing roughly a pound each time he goes over there!!! No wonder he isn't growing like he should. Do you think I could take this evidence to court and get his visitation schedule lessned? I am really concerned for my son's well-being. I know he is aware of how to feed him because he comes to all the nutritionist visits, so it would appear he just isn't complying. Do you think a judge would see this a reason for him to have my son less? Thanks for any advice!

I don't know if it'd necessarily mean he'd see him "less". But if there truly is a cause for concern my bet is it may be court monitored instead. That's what I'd push for essentially.
