I just want to say congrats! Im sure the best advice would be to get enough rest now! I dont have twins, but i do have 2 toddlers (3yrs & 13 months) and rest is my best friend! (when I get it!!)

I don't have twins but I did have bleeding at 32 weeks with my last baby. My doctor made me stop working and take it easy, but not actual bed rest. Everything turned out just fine. Trust your gut, if you think you need to get a second opinion, do it. Otherwise just take it easy

Congratulations! I did have bedrest for the last two months with my twins for high-blood pressure. It is pretty common for multiple pregnancies to have bedrest at some point, so prepare for that. I would suggest reading "Ready or Not... Here we come!" by Elizabeth Lyons and "Twinspiration" by Cheryl Lage. They can pretty much give you all the advice I used. Head over to the Multiples forum in the Baby section for some great advice for twins. It's going to be so much fun- you just can't imagine! Congrats again!
Mom of twin girls, age 3, and a new baby boy born in January!
