Default A parent using the word "retard"...

I just have received quite an unprovoked response to my posting regarding the lack of responses I received regarding a father taking to his 13 year old daughter about sex.

This person claims he has a "nursery" yet refers to me as a "retard" or "troll" when responding to my post.

I certainly would NOT want my children under his care for one second let alone for all day...

I do not think it is proper forum etiquette or manners to use this word in a parenting forum.

    Period.

    Extremely disappointed.

Firstly, I do not have, and have never claimed to have 'a nursery'. Secondly, you calling into question my parenting skills is just as offensive as me calling you a retard, if not more so. I know exactly what I would do in your situation (if indeed, it is a real situation) but the fact that you do not seem to have a clue and have to canvas opinion on an internet forum (and then complain when there is a small delay delay in a response) is somewhat worrying. Whatever happened to common sense?

I agree with DadsNursey. If you believe a child is being abused and all you are willing to do about it is blog, well that says to me there is some sort of mental handicap. You may see that word as offensive, but i'm sure most of the parents here would find your lack of willingness to act on sexual abuse more offensive than any slur one may use.

I'm good with retard. At least he didn't call you a dumbass.

And really, you're making a big deal about being called a retard on an internet forum but yet you're doing nothing about the situation that little girl is in?

    Yea, I'm good with retard.
